Wednesday, September 23, 2026, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM PDT
Category: Webinars

This presentation is intended to educate the attorney audience on aspects of failure analysis for product liability claims so that they can better understand litigation considerations during an investigation and discovery. Product liability is a broad topic covering small electronics to industrial systems. It is important to understand the types of claims made against products and to fully understand the specific claim that is made for each case. Understanding, the product, the components in the product, the certifications required for the product, the types of failures for the product, the types of parties involved, and the process of the investigation will help an attorney evaluate what types of experts are involved and how to collect relevant data and perform relevant analysis to prepare and understand their case for litigation.
