Join us for a discussion regarding the Paraprofessional proposal being advocated by the State Bar and how it will impact your practice if adopted. The proposal will allow nonlawyer “paraprofessionals” to practice law in certain areas and own up to 49 percent of law firms. In addition, the program will discuss another program designed to open a regulatory “sandbox,” which would allow accounting firms, technology companies and others to practice law in California.
