          Over 50 ADC members are regularly engaged in the defense of a variety of employment litigation. The scope of these claims includes breach of contract, wrongful, retaliatory and constructive termination, all types of protected activity resulting in harassment and discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, and related claims, such as defamation, invasion of privacy, and related common law torts.

          Because California has been at the forefront of these issues for many years, the ADC members regularly communicate through their substantive law committee regarding current trial and appellate decisions, cutting edge issues, experts, and other matters of importance.  In addition to committee meetings, there is an electronic newsletter available to committee members on the ADC website, and a list serve that facilitates regular communications.
